PAC-IL paid tribute to the victims of the Smolensk plane crash catastrophe on April 10, 2010. A solemn ceremony was held at the Katyn Memorial Monument of Greater Chicagoland at St Adalbert Catholic Cemetery in Niles today, eleven years after the catastrophe.
