Polskie Radio 1030 Chicago and TV Polvision are happy to announce the 3rd Annual Golfing in Heals Charity Tournament, organized with the Polish American Golf Club. The event will take place on Staurday, August 27th at the beautiful Blackstone Golf Club in Marengo. As in the past, all proceeds go to charity – this year, the tournament will support the “Szlachetna Paczka USA” organized by the Spring Foundation to help lift the lives of Polish Americans in need in the Chicagoland area.
„Golfing in Heals” is a very special tournament which pairs members of the Polish American Golf Club with ladies who do not play but are interested in learning more about the game and ready to experience it for the first time. And so gentlemen will swing and ladies will putt and the pair with the best score wins! There are plenty of trophies to go around, with the winning pair receiving a very one – a glass slipper! In addition, there is a $25,000 for the hole in one and more prizes to go around – and everyone has a great time!
Tickets are only $150 per person and include: 18 holes of golf, brown bag lunch, dinner and party after. We do relay on generosity of our sponsors to raise money for the chosen charity – and hope you will take a look at the enclosed sponsorship opportunities.

The Chicago Chapter of the Kosciuszko Foundation invites to its Annual Kosciuszko’s Nameday (Imieniny) celebration that will take place on Thursday, November 3, 6-8pm. This year the Chapter honors Richard Owsiany for his dedication for Chicago’s Polish Community. There is a possibility to include Best Wishes on this occasion in the Program Book.
