Yesterday, August 29, 2025, a meeting was held at the Copernicus Center between the Marshal of the Senate, Ms. Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, and members of the Polish-American community in Chicago.
Our President, Ms. Jolanta Grocholska, attended the event along with several Board members.
Also present at the meeting were:
– Chargé d’affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Washington, Mr. Bogdan Klich,
– Coordinator for the Polish diaspora and Poles abroad, Mr. Robert Tyszkiewicz,
– Consul General of the Republic of Poland in Chicago, Ms. Regina Jurkowska.
The discussion focused on matters concerning Poland and the Polish diaspora, with particular emphasis on the younger generation of Polish Americans.
Wczoraj, 29 sierpnia, 2025, w Copernicus Center odbyło się spotkanie Marszałek Senatu, panią Małgorzatą Kidawa-Błońskiej, z Polonią w Chicago.
W wydarzeniu uczestniczyła nasza Prezes, pani Jolanta Grocholska, wraz z kilkoma członkami Zarządu.
Na spotkaniu obecni byli również:
– Chargé d’affaires Ambasady RP w Waszyngtonie, pan Bogdan Klich,
– Koordynator ds. Polonii i Polaków za granicą, pan Robert Tyszkiewicz,
– Konsul Generalna RP w Chicago, pani Regina Jurkowska.
Dyskutowano sprawy dotyczące Polski i Polonii, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem młodego pokolenia Polonii amerykańskiej.
