The Polonia Cup 2026 is an 18 hole scramble tournament held at Deerpath Golf Course in Lake Forest, Illinois. Join us for our 9th Annual Polonia Cup Golf Outing to benefit a non profit, Copernicus Foundation. The outing will be followed by the reception, awards, and lunch which will be sure to include some great networking.
